Reserve a Room in Scenic Lubec, Maine

Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-457-2077 or, for your convenience, we have an online reservation system.

Make a Reservation Request

Before making a reservation, we suggest that you check the availability of our rooms for the specific dates you will be requesting. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or check.

Cancellations

There is no charge for a reservation cancelled 14 days in advance of your scheduled arrival. Guests canceling less than 14 days in advance of their scheduled arrival will be charged 50% of the entire reservation rate. Guests canceling less than 7 days prior to their scheduled arrival will be charged 100% of the entire reservation rate. These charges will be refunded if the room(s) are subsequently rented.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards.

Check In / Check Out

Check in time is from 2:00 p.m.; check out time is 11:00 a.m. Early arrivals are welcome to check in with us and drop off their luggage.

Room Occupancy

Our room rates are based on double occupancy. An additional $20.00 will be added to your room charges for each addition additional person over the age of ten staying in the room.

Children

Children are welcome, but we remind parents that the welfare of all the guests is our primary concern.

Gratuities

Guests are welcome to add dinner charges to their room bill. Unless indicated otherwise at the time a dinner check is signed, a 20% gratuity will be added.

Pets

Because of possible allergies, we want guests to know that the Inn has a resident cat. To avoid possible conflicts, we are unable to accept guests' pets.
