Dining at the Home Port Inn

The Home Port Inn Restaurant offers a delightful dining experience to the Inn's guests and to the public.

Dinners are freshly prepared using seasonal, local ingredients and are served in our cozy dining room. Enjoy our selection of fine wines and beers, as well as homemade desserts.

Breakfast is available for guests of our inn from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and is included in the room rate.

Hours / Season: Our restaurant is open 7 days a week from Memorial Day weekend through the end of September, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Fresh Haddock: Stuffed with Maine crab meat and baked
Shrimp: Served baked, in a scampi, or with our the Home Port's fiery Louisiana sauce
Downeast Scampi: A medley of our Down East ocean harvest, with scallops, lobster, and salmon
Fresh Salmon: Baked with lemon, capers, and dill
Crab Salad: Maine crab meat on a bed of fresh, mixed greens with avocado
Steak au Poivre: A tenderloin fillet sauteed with peppercorns in a brandy sauce
Chicken Cordon Bleu: Chicken breast stuffed with swiss cheese and ham
Sauteed Vegetable Medley: Served over choice of pasta or rice
Caesar Salad: Crisp greens topped with freshly-grilled chicken and our own caesar dressing

We make our own wonderful desserts. August is berry harvest season in Washington County, Maine and our desserts then feature fresh local blueberries and strawberries.
