All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or check.
There is no charge for a reservation cancelled 7 days in advance of your scheduled arrival. Guests cancelling less than 7 days in advance of their scheduled arrival will be charged 50% of the room rate. Guests cancelling less than 24 hours prior to their scheduled arrival will be charged the full room rate. These charges will be refunded if the room(s) are subsequently rented.

Check in time is from two o'clock; check out time is 11 AM.
Early arrivals are welcome to check in with us and drop off their luggage.
Well behaved children are most welcome, but we remind parents that the welfare of all the guests is our primary concern.
For those guests having dinner and adding that check to their room charge: Unless a specific amount is indicated by you at the time you sign your dinner check, a 20% gratuity will be automatically added.
Because of possible allergies, we want guests to know that the Inn has a resident cat, and because of possible conflicts, we are unable to accept guests' pets.
The Inn is smoke-free.
