Home Port Inn in Lubec, Maine -- Rooms

The Home Port Inn was created from the old Warren family home. The Warrens had a large family, and you might find yourself staying in the master bedroom, the guest room, or even the library.

A continental breakfast is offered to our Inn Guests every morning between 7:30 and 9:00. Our special granola is delicious with fresh fruit, and we make wonderful blueberry muffins.

The Inn has seven rooms, each with a private bath.

Rooms include those overlooking Cobscook Bay, part of the Bay of Fundy, and the city of Eastport across the bay.

There is a large central living room available for guests to meet
one another in a relaxed atmosphere, enjoy a quiet moment,
or perhaps have a cup of tea offered by the Inn every afternoon.

Room 1, the Library, is on the ground floor, has a queen bed and private bath.

$95	per night.

Room 2, the Dining Room, has two double beds, and a private bath.

$99	per night.

Room 3 was the Guest Room in the Warren house. It has a queen bed, a private bath with a tub and shower, a bit of a view of the water.

Room 4 was the Daughter's bedroom. It has a queen bed and a private bath with beautiful hand-painted tiles.

Room 5, the Master Bedroom, has a queen four poster, a sitting area with a sofa and chair, and a private bath. It is our largest room.

$115	per night.

Room 6, the Garden Overlook, is a large room with a king sized bed. The room 6 bath is 7 steps down the hall. It is private to this room.

$95	per night.

Room 7, room with The View, has a double bed and a futon chair that can easily become a twin. It has a private bath and a spectacular view.
