We are open to the public from May 15th to October 15th.
Limited off-season lodging is available by reservation.
The Home Port Restauraunt is open 7 days a week from Memorial Day weekend until the end of September.

Room rates are based on Single or Double Occupancy. Additional guests will be charged at the rate of $15.00/guest.
All quoted room rates are subject to Maine state sales tax. Currently, it is 7% and subject to change.
There is no charge for a reservation cancelled 7 days in advance of your scheduled arrival. Guests cancelling less than 7 days in advance of their scheduled arrival will be charged 50% of the room rate. Guests cancelling less than 24 hours prior to their scheduled arrival will be charged the full room rate. These charges will be refunded if the room(s) are subsequently rented.
